Jennifer's background includes 25+ years of Investment, Corporate Real Estate & Trust Asset Management


Jennifer built her Accounting career in Silicon Valley in the Sports & Entertainment industry, advancing to the NFL & NBA Entertainment Division as the Controller for the San Francisco 49ers, San Diego Chargers & LA Lakers. This role involved managing budgets for Half Time shows, Pro Bowls & Real Estate/venues for high-end clientele.

After moving from Silicon Valley to San Diego in 2001, Jennifer entered the Real Estate arena at Century 21 in Sales. After a few years of sales, she merged her talents to the Financial department to overseeing a multi-million dollar Investment & Trust Accounting firm, to then a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm.

Her intimate knowledge of Investments & Trusts, paired with a passion to giving back inspires her to deliver meaningful product & programs. 


Countless hours of volunteer service in classrooms and on sports fields for both her kids from Kindergarten to High School  is a testament to Jennifer's commitment to not only her kids but the community at large.  


Community Service & Contributions

  • Speech & Debate Judge (2-3 yrs: judged Lincoln Douglas (LD), Parliamentary (Parli), Public Forum (Pu Fo) and Policy)

  • Youth Football League, Treasurer (3 yrs: created annual budget, reconciling registration, concessions, merchandise & Sponsorships and on field activity as needed)

  • Food Packer (2 yrs: bagged vegetables and fruits at San Diego and Los Angeles food agencies )

  • Food Server at Homeless Shelters (2 yrs: served individuals and families food from the shelter's kitchen)

  • Youth Lacrosse League, Fundraiser Assistant (2 yrs: seeked donations for equipment and scholarship players)

  • Montessori, PTA President (2 yrs: chair meetings. Oversaw events)

Jennifer prescribes to the “can do” attitude, takes pride in her work

& will never compromise integrity. She genuinely cares about the future of our Youth.
